Hosted by journalist and fashion designer Nina Parker , the six-episode show features homeowners from across the country as they try to sell their properties to one of four real estate tycoons on the spot .
During each episode, the owners will share their backstories and engage in tough negotiations with Redfin CEO Glenn Kelman , Corcoran Group CEO Pamela Liebman , NFL linebacker Brandon Copeland , and investment property magnate Danisha Wrighster . The properties offer each real estate mogul the chance to flip, improve, or make a long-term investment in the homes.
For homeowners, the format promises all-cash offers, no realtor commissions, and no seemingly endless months on the market—basically, a dream home selling experience. All they have to do is convince an industry expert to take it off of their hands for, ideally, a healthy sum.
